Jean-Philippe Susilovic, a Belgian maître d’ comes from Petrus, one of Ramsay’s London restaurants and has appeared in the first seven seasons. Susilovic was also the maître d’ for the first series of the original British version. James Lukanik replaced Susilovic since the eighth season. Each team also has the services of one of two sous-chefs. Scott Leibfried has appeared in all seasons, the other sous-chef is Andi Van Willigan (from season 7 onwards).
