"Wizards of Apartment 13B" is the 21st episode of season four of Wizards of Waverly Place, and the 100th of the overall series. It first aired on October 7, 2011. It is also the first of a four part special, which is also named "Wizards of Apartment 13B". Alex and Harper move into an apartment building with a secret 13th floor for wizards and other mythological creatures. The apartment only allows wizards and creatures on the floor.Justin gives Harper a training wand that can open lids even if you don't have magic. Alex believes she's finally moving on from her werewolf ex-boyfriend, Mason, until she discovers he now lives on the same floor, and will stop at nothing to win her back
